Limitation of Liability

Postly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues resulting from AI-generated content or third-party platform actions.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use Postly ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Postly will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
